You play it cautious m8 and wait till every area has changed over fully to n3 before you jump on the bandwagon, but make no mistake about it the wheels will eventually fall off it, but not for the reasons you are thinking. Its the folk with bigger balls than you who get on early and take their chances, will be the ones happiest with their investment.
