kryptview tuning

i just got the kryptview a780 and tuned it in telewest sky sports 1 2 3 and movies ok but no itv or bbc channels or discovery or disney can any one tell me what ive done wrong thanks

sounds like u can picked the wrong area when scanning

wonder have you flashed the box also?

have you got the right area code .did you do a factory reset befor you scan after software was put on if so just rescan a couple of times and that should sovle it .and do a sw update that mit help
