not getting sky sports on my 780 any help??

Hi guys, i had my box flashed by the guy i got it off.Set it up done a channel scan all works fine but " i am only picking up sky sports 1&2 in HD now i know it will not play HD but would any of you know why it is not picking up it up normally also there is no espn channel is that normal

Should i down load and re-flash the box ????????

Go to S/W update in menu & select UPDATE.
Factory reset & re-scan making sure to select correct Prov. ID
for your area

thanks for the advice but how will i know which to search ie ntl telewest etc and which channels to search all scrambled etc

Just setting up my new box,but missing lots of movies/sports channels. Could anyone tell me my correct location id - I live in south Wirral.
