hi got my box , down loaded file 9/9/2010, via rs232 , then conected ethernet via router took cable from modem put it in r/f in box went through scan procedure, clicked on wearside ,when scan finished , exit sign came up ,all fta channels ok all the rest say scrambled or no video, must have missed some thing out , any help please, thanks in advance

first thing to do is reset your modem,router and box.

if it still doesn't work then go into
menu
settings
s/w update and see what happens

I had the same problem mate,turns out my box was dodgy,where you get your box from?
