    has anyone had this show up as soon as you switch the box on after flash then box wont show encrypted chanells

                  possibly box has not had certs installed prior to distribution to seller, you may have to return m8.

                          you sometimes get this message if loading the old firmware 09/09/10 firmware from downloads above should sort it out
                          if not as gf said you will need to return it
