no one knows for certain phatahri , its a gamble but if it was my money i'd buy a dreambox500s so at least if all goes to the wall you have a free to air box , look in out sat section weigh up the pro's and cons and good luck

hi,phatakri,welcome to DK WHERE DK LEADS AND OTHERS FOLLOW. as to your ? i can only say to the info i have and that is the kv are going to come out with kv hd box ,as to when the info is about 10 weeks or so,dont know for certain, if you can wait so be it,and if you want to take the sly route as what mtv1 says, it is up to you,hope this helps.this info is for knowledge only love.

WHAT BOX.after getting alot of good answ,i did find out that yes the kv was the box for cable but unfortunatly the kv team let alot of people down .due to the reasons they only know, what the people say and what reosone they give is their opinion,i only want to say that i am so sorry if by reading the what box thread you went and got your self a kv box,looks like the info i was getting was not from the main man,so for this reason i fill bad,and i urge the kv team to do the best as i know that they will,please dont just try or do the best,MAKE IT HAPPEN.GET THE BOXS GOING AGAIN.as alot of people like me are still waiting for the kvHD HD HD HD. GET THE BOX GOING

Can you explain how kv have let alot of people down??? Are 80% of your channels working at the moment?? I would not say they have let anyone down people knew the risk before buying the box as it could go down at anytime.

it had gone down
spoke to him today ,he says his box aint working
its probabley workin now
the average person just wants to plug it in and watch
not come on these forums
some who buy dont even know how to access these forums
people who dont understand set up getting pissed off
said person has signed up for ?50 a month
doesnt want hassell

the days of plug and play are over when n3 came in. Now a days with cs there is alot more factors to consider. If they get pissed off then they should pay the amount for a full sub coz with cs you are gonna get down time.
