    Kryptview A780 Help

    Hi I have jus taken receipt of a working Kryptview A780 box today, which apparently has been working before. When I connect it to a router via lan it displays all the free to viw channels but not the others.
    I have scanned for the channels and it says they are allready present, I an currently performing a SW update and the screen is sitting on 0% since the last 35 minutes.
    I have been working on this problems for 8 hours and need help if anyone can advice. Thank you.

    you must have a problem with youyr internet connection.

    problem is you have started a sw update.
    i dont know what will happen if you switch box off during this.

    you need to reboot modem, router and box

      U mite need to check settings coz soundz like u got it set on FTA instead of NAGRAVISION (its done pressing the yellow button on any channel). Give tht a try

        The box will display all the FTA without an internet connection.

        If when scanning it says already exists it means that particular transponder (TP) is present on the box. If it has said this for all the TPs then it is showing the channel names then its definately down to not connecting to the net. Try rebooting everything one at a time with everything switched on, starting with your modem, router then your box. Leave on SS1 for a while. It could take quite a number of minutes. Keep changing channels only starts the waiting time from the beginning.
