    Regularly goes to Scrambled or no video

    Hi guys, new user here, previously was with a Eurovox.

    I've had a pretty rough two days, most the channels we've tried (from Star plus, to Sky Sports, to Sky News) get a "scrambed or no video" message every 10-50minutes, sometimes lasting seconds, or sometimes 30+ minutes.

    I have no splitters, good connections and the internet wifi dongle is definitely working.

    What could i be doing wrong? Is there anyway for me to manually request the required data from the KVU Servers?

    your problem is probably your wifi dongle.
    try using a wired connection if possible and see if your problems stop....
