scrambled or no channel

hi i am getting some movie channels but some missing coming up scrabbled or no video i have done a softwere up date i have rescan with spitter on and of but no luck .i was watching a channel all well then just come up with scrambled or no video any one have any idaea .also have turn every thing of and rebooted thanks .kv780 and i am useing cable to lan with router

what signal level are you getting on cable hopefully around 70 ish,around 50 and you have problems,did you factory reset then power off box at rear for a min remove lan,power on and scan correct id,when channels are loaded insert lan and reboot both units.
