I have it on good authority that the KV server will be doing some necessary updates over the next few days and this may affect a few channels. I believe it will mostly be done in the early hours as to avoid causing too much disruption.

I believe the maintenance is a server s/w upgrade to establish better emm support.

no probs here try rebooting everything.

Thanks for the replies. I did a reboot of everything and it didn't work immediately but eventually (about 30 minutes later) it was all working.

Could have been your own BB provider.
