Struggling scanning on Kryptview A780, help appreciated??

Hi guys, ive flashed box with latest firmware.

Im now struggling scanning.... I go to automatic search then i choose my network (telewest)

I then start scan. It then says List of Network ID, it states they all already exist?????? Then doesnt find anything

Sorry for sounding dumb, just alittle confused.

I've got the same problem, no option for net id. I've updated firmware, factory reset, tried an older firmware version, but still no luck.

Any ideas?

to scan:


1. do a factory reset (must e done before every scan)

2. select your provider

3. select "network" channels on channel type (bottom option on screen)

4. start scan (press green button)

5. this is where it says 1 already exists etc.
leave it for a bit and a list of network id's should now appear. choose one close to your location.

6. the box should now scan and automatically sort your channels.

A little tip.

When you have Factory Reset the box and you get the Easy Instalation screen, switch the power off for about ten secondes and power back on.

The important part of scanning is when you have selected you provider and pressed OK ONCE you then press the green button and waith till the Id areas show give it a while as they dont all appear at once.

Select the id nearest to you and press ok.
