my krpytview freezes?

my cable 780 kryptview box freezes when im watching tv it will just freeze and i will get blocks and on the led screen it will just say the number 1 and i cant use my remote it dont function the box dont function i have to keep pulling the plug out and start it again any1 help me and why this happens?

Have you got the latest firmware on the box? You can update this from the remote

all the answers to that is yes it haas the latest firmwire and fully vented

what signal level and quality and do you have a tv package also,all leads in and secure.

all leads are secure i have the basic pakage with internet and my signal is 88 and quality is 79

are u downloading things off the net like films or mp3's .. if u r that will make them freeze

loose ribbon connector inside box maybe or perhaps the box itself. Always best to reflash in case firmware has become corrupt for some reason before investigating other possibilities.
