Mac... Invalid

Hi I have a problem I cant answer I have reflash with the upto date image and still the same invalid mac...please help at wits end with it

wrong firmware for model you got i would say

750 frimware on 780 or vica versa will cause this prob

thats a faulty box m8...you just need to return to your supplier......i have seen this invalid mac address a few times..

as i said earlier only time ive come across this prob is flashing wrong firm to box, have you tried reflashing box with another file rather than one you used

Have you tried the box on a different feed. ie. someone elses cable and broadband? Something that I havn't heard of before.

Where in the country are you?

It is a possibility if it hasnt had one installed before distribution, and you cant do it yourself it will need returning to supplier if that is the case.
