    help

    hi all, ive had my a780 for a few days now,got new firmware installed but my box goes off every 30 secs sayin scrambled but then comesbackon after a couple of seconds,i think it might be my router cus hav similar problem with my ps3 but not sure.
    am on virgin broadband with a belkin router

    As you stated sounds like a router/BB issue if you are having the same problem with the PS3.

    Either try the latest firmware update for your router or if you have that already, then try roll back to an earlier revision. Also check your splitter allows passthrough to the router.

    TBH I would call VM and tell them you are having issues with your BB and let them sort it, in case it is a cabling issue. Don't forget to unplug the KV before they arrive.

      Disable your network on your PS3 and any computers. Make sure your A780 is on and on a sub channel like Sky Sports One. Now unplug your modem and plug back in after 10 seconds, wait till fully booted then do the same with your router, when thats fully booted Enable the network on your PS3 and when its connected to the net enable other computers one at a time. This will eliminate any IP conflicts.
