    Kryptview Jumpy Signal

    Hi,

I have recently installed my kryptview A780 with success however some of my channels are jumpy which I think is down to poor signal. Currently the signal is 56. I have tried rescanning, but this hasn't helped. I think the box has been flashed as on the installation page there is a s/w update? I have tried to do this but it lost a few channels so did a factory reset. I have read a few threads and it says about splitting the cable, but I don't really know what this is? Can anybody advise on what would help?

    Many Thanks,

    Kenny

Signal strength of 56 is too low you need to sort that out.
Check all cables & connections are OK. If you are paying for
broadband only & no basic TV package that could be reason
for poor signal. Before you scan remove any splitters on Prov.
co-axial TV cable going to box. Make sure this cable is in
correct connection on box. Also do S/W update on box. It will
either update or tell you it's already up to date. Use correct
NET-ID for your area when scanning. Do Fac-reset & scan
Post back with details if you still have problem
