Error message when flashing a Kryptview box

Hi,

Many thanks for the helpful tutorial in how to flash a Kryptview
Box. I'm keep on getting an error message can't open serial port com 1. Does anyone know where I'm going wrong?

are you using true serial port or usb adaptor

have you selected correct comport
