kryptview NOT WORKING!!!!

ok fellas.

flashed my new kryptview 780 box.

When i serach for channels, loads come up. But all of the ones I checked are scrambled. what is wrong?

Have i done something wrong?

Also when you select the network, Is there a way to change it? without having to restoring factory settings and then doing the whole procedure again?

reading the tut/setup guide would have been a start .
