The file is a bin file that you cannot open. Have you extracted it as its usually a compressed rar. file.

The first in the stickies is from an outside storage. Try in the downloads. Any earlier file will do as you can update straight to the box after the initial flash.

thanks dw190, i have an earlier file from sept; prob easiest to load that then update from box, nice one m8
