Do a factory reset and rescan on the correct provider for the area.

When you have selected the provider make sure you press the green button to start the search for area id's. Then select correct area and press OK

if you are losing your channels, maybe you have a poor signal, remember to scan with lan removed and no splitters also.when scanned in insert lan and reboot both units.

        Hi Folks

I'm new to this cable lark and have a few questions.
        1) Can the box work with either sky or VM?
        2) Do you need to add firmware or does the new box auto find the stations?
        3) Can the signal be traced back my the cable operators?

Any help would be much appreciated. And keep up the good work
