breaking up freezing

hi is anyone having problems with Q music channel today mine keeps breaking up every 5 mins or so signal is fine?

is your scart ok,try powering off box for a min the on and reboot router or it may a server update maybe.

i dont think its the scart m8 its only 1 certain freq that it does it on.you can be watching it for 5-10 mins with no problem then it will start crackling/ breaking up?

Its a bb issue at one of the cardservers causing probs, will be sorted out soon ive been told.

Your problem may be a fault at your end m8 ! there where problems with gold and others on same transponder.

what do you mean a fault at my end m8 ?my signal is 72% and quality is 93%?i have channels working with less quality% than 93% i dont understand this box at all its doin my head in

Usually not good to have quality higher than signal strength.
Could be prov. problem

Have a look on prov. box & make sure you are using correct
NET-ID when scanning. If you are not sure try diff. net-id near
to you & re-scan. You could always try an attenuator on your
cable feed. I assume you have checked all cables & connections
are OK

Usually freezing is caused by weak signal, so check all cables,
connections & splitters are OK. If signal is weak you could try
a variable attenuator. If your broadband is same prov. as cable
you will get freezing when you are downloading while watching
TV. Min. TV package is generally required to receive good signal
Server overload during live matches also causes freezing

the channels that was breaking up for me have been fine over the last few days must have been a problem in my area.
