kryptview help needed

Hi, i got a kryptview a780 box yesterday all was working fine, i had the odd channels missing but after reading posts on the site i was not to bothered,
then tonight while i was getting used to the remote i may have pressed a wrong button as now my display is saying 0000 on the front of the unit and when i press exit it takes me to install and will not go back to tv has anyone any idea what i may have done?

Happens quite a lot when flicking through channels fast. You will have to rescan for channels. I take it you on the Easy Installation screen, if so press menu, Installation, 0000, then Factory Default Setting. When the Easy Installation screen comes back on do a scan following the tut.
