A780 Not Working

Hi,

I have an A780 and for the last 2 days none of the channels are working other than BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4 & 5.

The firmware I have is 09092010 and when checking to update online nothing happens, I have left it on the screen for over 10 minutes.

I have tried to reset to factory settings and re-scan and still no joy.

I am based in Coventry and have a friend in Nottingham who also has the same issue.

Any advice on what to do/try next???

Power-off router & box. Turn on router then turn on box.
Menu--Settings-- SW/update. It will update or say it's already
up to date if you have network connection.
Menu--Extra features--weather/traffic info to check if box is
connected to internet

start all over again turn all of then reboot do afactory reset then rescan try all this and you should be ok
