you dont open file, download to desktop, and extract file with zip or rar for compressed files, click on the loader and browse where file is on desktop and right click to open puts it into the loader ready for flashing box, have box powered off then press download count to 3 and power on box then it should load

Thanks for that., but I couldnt open the loader to import the file in the 1st place. All sorted now tho.

I do get the channels going down quite regularly, any ideas here? Im using homeplugs, i do find that when the land line rings the channels go down too so may be a filter thing? Im on BT BB.

Any Ideas or is this normal?

No it's not normal. Your TV & B/B provs. are separate suppliers,
so would seem B/B connection is causing problem. It may be as
you say a filter problem. Contact BT & say when phone rings it
interferes with PC. They will provide solution. You could re-set
network card on PC & check router settings. Check all LAN
connections on router & home plugs are firmly connected
