hi did a factory resert on a780 and the channells are not in catagories come back in two catagories saying fta and nagavision what have i done wrong and can it be rectified afraid to do another scan any one help please thanks mial

It looks like you pressed the yellow button (this bring up FTA NAG)

Try pressing the green button and selecting sports then SS1

If you factory reset you will have to rescan for channels.

Do you know how to scan?

No don't re-scan. What DW was telling you to hit GREEN button
when on a channel & that will show channs in correct categories
