yes always factory reset box and then power off at rear for 30secs then on,remove lan,scan,load channels,insert lan and reboot box and router.

Another daft Qs way ?? I ask because I do update the S/W, but just like my box as it is, it has all the channels, and works fine or should I just shut up and do it, for other reasons

There is an additional server now added so the latest update caters for this as well as a few other improvements.

Or don't fix what aint broken as Maca said

I had a extra channel on movies called cinemanoi, That i never had before. Other than that it's all fine
