Lost Channels

Hi most of my channels went off this afternoon with a weak signal. I have recently done a factory reset and installed the new s/w update however this hasnt made any difference as when i now do a scan i am only picking up 120 channels. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes mate same problem here no sports movies signal gone very weak !

are you paying a basic sub?,do you have splitters or loose coaxial connections

No im not paying sub signal quality is 88 on most chanels then drops to 57 on sports ? and Quality drops from 70 to 30 to 0 ! only 1 splitter for modem.

try scanning from direct feed m8 (no splitters) ...

You can but with sound wiring you shouldn't need to.

lots of guys moaning from liverpool etc signal weak virgin problem not your kv

Scanned today as have now lost sports channels and some movies, even taken it to a freinds house who has VM and scanned on his and no change so must be a server issue or something else!

scanned on correct net id,if not you will lose channels

signal quality and level should be in the 80s region 30 is not right,sever is only on lan side,maybe check for maintenance in your area with provider

signal is now at 88 qualty at 72 but still no sports its very strange even tried older software but no different wonder f the box is playing up ?

quallity should be 80

i have all channels apart from bbc1bbc2 itv c4i belive a lot of people are having some sort of an issue at moment
