very glitchy for the last 2 days ??

is anyone having the same problems ??

its been very glitchy , i have never had the problem before , is it worth trying the new firmware ?? would you think it would sort it ??

ITS GONE OFF !! ARE SERVERS DOWN ??? HAS ANYONE ELSE GOT A PROBLEM ??

I'm having that problem 2day mate. I have loaded the new firmware, not sure what it is? Maybe a server problem?

My 780 has been glitchy for the last couple of days also.can anyone shed any light on the matter.

It more than likely is a server prob. i should wait till tomorrow and see if it settles down

lads i think its signal issue with vermin in lipool

best to post signal and level quality and also check connections on coaxial cable and if on vermin,also if you have splitters which can give problems

My signal level is 82, and my quality level is 86. It has always been like that but not sure if it's good or not

Had mine for about a month now and have never been able to watch half of the Sly Movies channels. It's consistently the same ones too. Have just upgraded the new SW but that hasn't made a difference (not that I was expecting it to). I've read that other people have problems with different channels, could it be an area thing?

All other channels are perfect. I live in the Gloucester area but use the Bristol ID as it's the closest to me.

Any thoughts?

My signal is also 82 - 86 its gone off and on about 5 times in the last 60 mins scrambled or no video on screen for a couple of mins or a few secs then picture back on.Its a bit of a pain when ya waching the football hope KV get it sorted if its server trouble.

82-86 is good,a lot of posts in have it down at 50 no good at all,so something is brewing.

There are two Net IDs for Bristol try the alternate one to the ID you are currently using, the two IDs are 40970 Bristol 1 and 40971 Bristol 2.

Factory reset before commencing new scan.
