    HI AGAIN

    DONE A RESET , AND RESET MY HUB , AND NOW I HAVE NOTHING !!! OOOOOP'S , I AM IN LUTON AREA , ANYONE ELSE DOWN ???

    I HAVE 3 LIGHTS ON ON MY BOX , THE RUN ONE IS NOT ON ??


    ANY HELP ....PLEASE

    First check if your getting BBC. If not its a VM issue. If your getting BBC and not SS1 try your broadband to see its working.

        what a factory reset =no channels,maybe you have to rescan without lan and reboot box and router when finished.

        ok people listen up wind down in services are you getting a low signal and quality levels??post your levels.

            think its sorted ! do you think it could have been anything to do with an xbox connected to the nework ?? my son has turned if of , and it came on ?? is it a coinsidence (i no this is spelt wrong) or could it have been the problem ??

              Your problem is not a bandwidth one but a latency issue. The Xbox is causing problems because it is affecting the timing of the delivery of CWs to your KV.

              If your router has QoS you may prioritise traffic going to the KV and as a result you will be able to have the Xbox online and not causing problems with your viewing.
