I have come home to find all channels lost, bad signal. Tried a reset ...about a million times. The box can no longer find tps...any advise?

Check has your Prov cable been disconnected outside or pulled
out somewhere inside

the v box is still working.....Think it may have had it.

Try V-box at location of KV-box just to make sure cable is OK.
Then do fac-reset & update firmware using S/W update on box.
Remove LAN-cable from box & scan using correct Prov & Net-ID
These can be found in V-box menu. Connect LAN cable to box.
