stuck on installation screen.

after auto search ,list of net id screen displays allraedy exists then channel screen shows no channels.
when exit from complete just goes back to easy install screen.

I have downloaded the new firmware to the box.

after auto search press volume plus button and select your provider from drop down menu then press green button and box will do the rest

When you on the easy install screen press the menu button, Installation, 0000, Factory Default Setting.

After the box has reset switch power off for about 15-20 seconds then back on.

tried that bmate , just get allready exists in the net id box.

have you taken lan out of the box when searching ?

Guess what , just did that and hey presto it finds the network id and ive got the channels back , what a dip shit.
