Hi,had a kview A780 for a week and its been ok,however this morning the channels started to mess up so i did a reset,now on install i dont get the the areas up, i go to c&w and all channels and thats it it dosent go to the list of areas as it did before i live in manchester and i had manchester1, any ideas please.

go to network scan m8.

Thanks,I must be doing something wrong i go to install,go to network which is c&w then to all channels then auto search it just goes to a few channels with numbers thats it, iv had it turned off a minute and its still the same

go to instalation

factory settings. 0000 press ok

remove lan

auto search c/w

channel search type, network. ok

then press the green button.

choose correct net id.

now let the box do the rest. when done turn box and router off put lan back in then turn box and router back on..
