some channels scrambled

anyone havin problems with some channels scrambled in leeds area been like this for a couple ov days about 10 channels do factory reset ect...its strange this box i have had it a month now and never had a problem with any sports at all just other channels?

could be tps down or maintenance mode,it happens every now and again,,as long as you do the usual fix a factory reset,power off at back then on and scan from direct feed on your net id first without lan plugged in,then reboot box and router,if not there as said probably maintenance mode either server or tv provider.

sounds like a signal issue which will be down to your own set up

nah cant be this is doin it every other week works fine one week then scrambled the other some ov the channels that dont work but some do on the same freq-tp

if it was server related we would all have same prob

i dont know then m8 all cables r ok ect.example sky comedy not working on 370.75 but sky action is fine on 370.75 if it was a signal problem on this freq neither channel would work??

not in leads area tbh but i was getting the same tuned konig in a bit more and it soved but do get them going off and on again some times

always good to mention what signal and quality levels you get should be in the 80s,i did hear someone else lost comedy ch. also.

Similar problem here.
last night at around 930 i lost E4. further checking shows i have lost all channels on this TP (554.75 6952) Except ITV4+1. (though this is FTA if that makes any difference).
i have reset, rescanned, deleted TP and re-added manually.
Channels are picked up but show no vid or scrambled.
Virgin states service is ok.

anyone else getting this?

i have about 20 channels missing m8 like you say i have itv1 on 650.75 working but itv+1 is not working on same tp 650.75 and these r fta channels

All you need to do is, go on MENU....INSTALLATION....S/W UPDATE.

let it update, it will unzip, then it will reboot, after that, go on MENU........INSTALLATION.......FACTORY DEFAULT SETTING..

once it its dun, scan the channels again and hopefully all the scambled channels and missing channels will be working.
