    No Discovery Channel

Hi there, I am not getting the discovery channels but I get the national geographic, I am in Edmonton, North London. I selected HARINGGEY when I scanned as it is closest and on my media box it says 40985.

What can I do to get the discovery channels?

    Thanks in advance.

It says Scrambled or no video with a black screen for the discovery channels and the animal planet.

Think 40985 is TW Camden/Kilburn area
        Do a scan using PROV--TW & NET-ID--40985
Before you scan fac-reset box & disconnect LAN-cable from box
When scan is finished re-connect LAN-cable
Might be no harm to update firmware before you scan
LAN-cable must be connected to update firmware
        S/W UPDATE--OK

When selecting Provider scroll to left or right until TW appears
Select NETWORK scan type & press GREEN to start scan
When a list of areas appears select 40985
