KV A780 showing scrambled?

Only FTA channels working cant work out why it shows scrambled, its connected to net as normal I even done a full factory re-set and re-scanned but still showing scrambled any help appreciated

Ive not updated it with any new firmware since I purchased it, put it this way it was working fine up till yesterday

If the box has worked before and your only getting FTA its an Internet issue.

With everything switched on "Modem, Router and the KV Box on a scrambled channe (Sports 1 is a good one)l" start with the modem, power off wait for 10 secs and power on, wait till fully booted and do the same with the router, when thats fully booted do the same with your KV box. Wait for a while without changing channels

ok you was lucky to get it loaded on delivery any he goes firstly go to menu and insterlation then sw up date .then do a factery rescan turn of router and box reboot ans scan as normal make sure inter net is working and all plug in let me no how you get on

Hi guys.
got the same problem. Cant do a sw update nothing happens.
It must be a internet problem. i have a wirless laptop through the router works no problem. Tried to reboot everthing but still the same only some fta channels.
