scrambled channels

anyone havin problems with scrambled channels today i have a few thats not working cheers ant

nothing unusual that there few not wrking might be server updateing or an area fault.

mtv rocks been down for a few days now, all other channels good like

i have a load not working music channels and kids mostly mtv base hits dance viva and disney channel playhouse cinemagic.kids not happy

There have been several reports of scrambled channels today.
Reboot router & box, fac-reset & scan if necessary. After that it's
sit & wait if not sorted

Hi Guys, all channels were down then I did the s/w update the other day and all was fine. All pay channels are off and have been all day, any suggestions or ideas? Tried restarting box and modem, searching for updates and factory re set and rescan, all with no luck

Just done another re-scan and still no luck, has anyone from kirklees/huddersfield area got the same problem or had it and fixed it?

all channels should be back now, if you are still having problems update your firmware to the latest one.

Reboot your router and do a new scan
