i too have nothing but problems with this box. some times the channels are scrambled then unsrambled.

never have a watched a movie on sly without it freezing several times.

i don't see the point of this box. you just get the same excuses. it's more or less unwatchable

wrong net id, poor signal strength/quality, or the there's always a problem with the server

there just doesn't seem to be a definite solution to these problems

anybody got any info/ideas

you are right all you say is right but they are all working all the time and more people buy these box the harder it going to get but the good thing is kv are always updating and it will get sorted out reboot of box and router makes a big difrence

why can't the server's be improved & upgraded.

It just seems that the service is getting worse as more people buy these boxes

I just feel cheated at the moment considering the money i payed out for this box. I suspect the idea is for krytpview distributors to sell as many boxes as possible & then worry about the service

God know how the gonna support the HD box

I wish i just got the sly package, this is just now worth the hassle, having to constantly having to rescan, reboot etc...ata least with sly u get reliable & a good quality picture

Also the picture i get from this box is not very sharp, it's fuzzy and breaks up when watching, the freeview channels are sharper. i even bought an upgraded scart cable but this made no difference at all. i've only got a 32" LCD as well. This picture must look terrible on a larger screen

I just feel i should let people know of my experience and feelings and would advise people against purchasing this box

hey, i'm just frustrated at the moment

i know it was my choice to buy this box and I took the risk in doing so i guess i have only myself to blame


But I wish there was some more help on these forums for the problems that i'm having, i'm not just not getting anywhere with this box at the moment

pray tell how we are supposed to help with that?

first of all before you rant again ,are you paying for a tv sub and broadband?? what is your levels of signal and quality?? and are you splitting the signal,the more you answer the better feedback we can give,kv is good other issues cause problems.

not paying for tv sub, but have vm 20meg broadband. signal/quality 79/82

the vm people installed quamtax splitter to split the tv and broadband signal, i am in the wolverhampton area
