ok mate, sorry about the rant, got a bit carried away

not paying for tv sub, but have vm 20meg broadband. signal/quality 79/82

the vm people installed quamtax splitter to split the tv and broadband signal, i am in the wolverhampton area

Your signal looks fine so you shouldn't be having problems.
If you scanned using correct NET-ID & signal is good you're
entitled to be annoyed. If channels are in correct order on list
bbc1,bbc2,itv1, etc & most channels are not scrambled I'd say
you have used correct NET-ID
At the end of the day anytime there is a problem servers should
send info to forum mods to let people know what's going on

levels look ok which is good,are you on the latest firmware 03012011,there has been a bit of messing going on as other posts have stated,check to see if box needs a s/w update first
then do a factory reset to erase all channel data,then power off at back for 30 secs,remove lan and splitter and put main coaxial feed into box,select provider and scan,then select correct netid and scan on that,when channels are loaded insert lan and cables anr reboot modem and router by powering off at rear for 30 secs then on

is there diff servers in diff areas??? prob stupid ? i dnt think there is but sometimes alot o people have diff channels down and mine are fine, lucky me i kow but just not sure how these servers work.only itv and itv+1 not working.

Yes all boxes seem to have diff probs in diff areas

Too be honest i have had nothing but problems with this box. One day i have channels, the next i dont. I can get a channel for 2 days and then for 3 days its gone off. My pic quality and sig level are at 78% and i have no problems with the box or finding transponders apart from the channels going off and on periodically. Thing is, it always seems to be a channel that i wanna watch thats gone off, its like the box knows what i want and say" frig you arsewipe", and i end up channel flicking for 20 minutes trying to find something else. All in all, its not worth the money that i paid for it. Kryptview need to get better servers, god knows what the hd version will be like

Not worth the money u paid for it! What planet are u from my friend It's obvious u have a signal issue but if the kv wasn't worth it I suggest u be a fool and pay sly or virmin 98quid a month

totally right mate thats what it sounds like nobody else having probs like that. kva780 box is quality, roll on the good times

discovery channels

is any one else missing all the discovery channels the one programme i want to watch and it comes up scrambled or no video im gettin fed up with kryptview tried everything
