The DW800 is not and is not likely to work again as the code was never released.

Your 780 may need updating and rescanning. Dropping channels now and again is comm0nplace when on cardshare.

Select S/W update in menu, hit OK & it will update
Unplug LAN-cable from box, Fac-reset, then scan using correct
NET-ID. Re-connect LAN-cable to box when scan finishes.
Turn on POWER SEARCH MODE in menu & put box in stand-by
overnight to search for any missing channels

Do not interrupt!!! the download wait until the box has full rebooted and is back on a channel before doing a factory default or you could risk a ~~~~ed up box, causing you to flash again by null modem cable
