Hi just bought KV A780. Its already updated. Channel list not comming ! Am I missing?

Dont know about how to connect but as he told me to connect it through modom to KV LAN port. When i switch it on,I can see EASY Installation on screen. Then I clicked on automatic search >filled right Network then channel search type (ALL) ..then clicked on start search... after all i cant see any channel list or radio list when complete !

Any one tell me what I missing please...please..

try this m8

go to instalation

factory settings.press ok

remove lan

auto search

channel search type, network. ok

then press the green button.

choose correct net id.

now let the box do the rest. when done turn box and router off put lan back in then turn box and router back on..

So, you have connected the Ethernet to your modem or router but have you connected a cable feed to the box as well?

You need the cable feed for the channels and the ethernet for the decoding.

new boxes are usually fta only,has someone flashed the box with firmware first hopefully,and as said before coaxial cable from direct feed for a stronger signal.
