normally you will need to return to your supplier for replacment but before you do try the latest 03/01/11 firmware in rare cases latest firmware will fix it
its not a comman problem but does happen sometimes ,i believe latest boxes have a new eprom to stop this happening

your box sud be exchanged ok contact your supplier and if he refuses then name and shame them you could also reflash with fta firmware
