I have just lost all my signal. The line is fine (checked with v box). Just not getting any signal to my kv. Has anyone had /fixed this problem....before i shell out for a new one.

Make sure cable is not disconnected somewhere
Try KV box at VM-box location
Try S/W update, Fac-reset, & scan for channels.
Reboot router & box if necessary to CONNECT -
You have made sure cable feed is good by trying VM-box there
If box was working fine up to now it could be faulty tuner. Make
sure it's not a button that was pressed on remote like AV button
If you can't sort it you may try re-flashing box with latest F/ware
