Problem with channels on a780

hi i have an kryptview a780 and i have done scans upon scans and all i keep gettingis the +1 channels. i am getting all the sports chanels but the misses likes watching the other channels but can only get the +1 channels please can you help

May be a server problem with these channels.
In menu go to S/W update, press OK & it will update firmware or
inform you it's up to date. Make sure you use correct Provider &
NET-ID when scanning. You will find these in menu of Prov box.
If you are not sure of Prov & NET-ID you could try diff. ones
close to your area.

thanks for info i just got in and all chanels have come bk on it must of been a server problem thanks
