    general question about kryptview a780 scart

    hi wondered if someone could help me. if i was to buy a scart to hdmi converter would i be able to watch the hd channels that are on the kryptview a780

      no,no and thrice no.. is there even such a thing as a scart to hdmi cable? its not a hd box. it cant show hd pictures

          ok ta

          yeah there is a scart to hdmi converter that has just come out you can convert anything that has a scart socket to hdmi you can pick them up for about 64.99

              ah, well you live and learn, yeah that will upscale yer sd channels to hd, but you still wont get hd channels on the krypt

                      you wont get any hd channels because the arnet krypview a780c is not a hd box,dont waist your money for the scart m8.

                              yes i have 2 as i wanted to run a vcr over a distance so did not want to buy long bulky scarts to run behind walls and used long hdmi cables in place,and the 2nd one to run an old tm1000d for the moment .i have had mine for 4 months

                                  1 humble advice to you my noble friend - RIP Off, it only helps for TV or devices without a scart connector but have got the HDMI and sorry, the picture quality ain't gonna change much if at all it even does. Waste of money and effort m8

                                          the tapes i use you can see the judder in picture as i need something that has a better picture like a sat feed to compare quality of picture,my long finger is getting longer
