krypview a780 shadow

hi a mate of mine has a kryptview box but is getting a shadow on the left side of his picture and also a humming noise on his sound any ideas to rectify cheers

if you have checked scart leads open up kv and unplug lead from psu to main board and reseat that may help as often bad connection there

Hi, i had same problem,it turned out to be dodgy scart lead! if not you could need a CableTV Ground Loop Isolator, which eliminates earth interference which causes the humming noise,you can get them on ebay!but check scart first
