kryptview problem

Heeeelp, i'm trying to get my new krypview box to work. I have down loaded the sw but when i do an automatic serch on the box it does not pick up any channels at all. I have connected the cable to the router, but i'm a real novice to thi sso would be glad of any ideas where i'm going wrong.

I think i'm following the instructions right, but i'm still not getting any channels through the router. if i connect to the cable line direct i pick up the freee channels, i'm i downloading the correct sw, which is the one i should be using

You need to connect to the cable line and the router. The box requires both to function.

ye it souns to me as if you have not connected your cable line

Thanks, your right I only had the LAN cable connected. I've connected both and everything is working fine. Cheers!
