scrambled or no video

hi,i have downloaded the kv a780pv3.7.00 version software dated 3 jan 11, yet i'm only getting the fta channels, selected ex c&w under network which worked with my previous sv box,and for channel search type selected
'network'

Is it because the kv box needs to be connected to the wireless router as it was with the sv through a wi-fi bridge? My wireless router is not in the same room as the tv

please advise someone

you need internet access to unscramble channels.

if a lan cable is not possible, then homeplugs willl probablyu be your best option...

hey mac58, wow! found it -so i assume the homeplug will connect to the ethernet cable and give the internet connection? is there a homeplug that you would recommend?

sorry for one kv box, do i need two adapters/homeplugs?

i assume a wi-fi bridge doesnt work with the kv because there is no usb port?

yep 1 plugs into wall socket and kv.. the other plugs into wall socket and router

hi i bought a kryptview a780 about 2 weeks ago and i've been having problems with it all the channels come up scrambled no vidoe once a day i have to factory reset it every day and rescan for the channels . is there a fix for this can sombody help thank you

are you paying for a tv sub? sounds like signal is going
