loaded the file downtool 0927.on to computer.cannot seem to open file.how and also how do i download bin file. trying to get up and running for footy tomorrow

need to download rar to unzip the file. look at the sticky thread at the top of the page, it has everything you need to know

rar is a file format that supports data compression, filename extension,type in rar in google , look for something like win zip, and download it.
