are you on a tv sub?check your signal and quality levels as freezing is due to signal quality, splitters fitted?

I am getting the same problem. It is only now that I am experiencing this, before it was all good.

      How do I fox it?

I think there may be a glitch in the latest software.

The freezing I get occasionally is not the picture but the box itself becoming non responsive to the remote. Powering off and on again cures it for a time.

you have not posted your levels yet, also have you checked your router and modem maybe a reboot, may also be a setting in your router s i saw a post somewhere as changed a setting in it and now stops the freezing.

you do need latest firmware to get access to all servers as another was added on jan feb but was your box ok before superhub was fitted ?or did you not have it with your last package ?

did everyone do a factory reset and rescan when updating firmware.are all connections good and tight and any splitters in use, also note if using the lappy or pc it may glitch.

done all that, i downloaded firmware from the box, thinking of putting the firmware back to 18 6 2010 cus ive lost the movies, and its frezzing a lot more , theres more issue's with the firmware date 3 1 2011.

put the firmware back to 18 6 2010 thinking there was a problem with the new firmware date 3 1 2011 , but theres not still not got any movies ,must be a problem with vm or there doing alot of upgrades, maybe thats why im getting lots of problems with frezzing ,who knows
