Some channels I cannot receive

Hi,
Can anybody help when I flashed my box about 4 weeks ago
I got most of the channels including the National Geographic chanels which I like but then after a couple of days the Nat Geo channels stopped, and I have never had them again. I have tried updating but I get the message already updated. I come from the Glasgow area if thats got anything to do with it. Also is it normal that I get different channels on different days at different times of the day.????????????

have you put in the right net, or aria code,i would read the thread under kryptview,WHAT BOX, on one of the pages you will find the aria code,hope it works m8
