M8's Kryptview the volume button is not working, he has turned the volume right down, the right button to put the volume back up doesn't work at all.
Also it's not saving the channels after being scanned, when he presses exit it just goes back to easy installation screen.
Any idea's ?, never seen this fault b4.

When on easy instalation press menu, Instalation, 0000, S/W Update.

See if it updates online, ifits got the latest software try reflashing with computer.
